About the program

A structured path to go from idea to first users.

You bring your idea (or confusion). We bring clear steps, tough questions and simple tools so you can stop circling and start moving.

Idea & problem clarityCustomer & market understandingNumbers & modelMVP roadmap
By the end of the program, you'll walk out with a clear problem statement, target customer profile, basic business model, MVP plan and a simple pitch you can use for co-founders, early hires or investors.

Program pillars

Everything a founder needs to actually ship.

Instead of 50 random topics, we focus on the handful of things that actually move your startup from idea to execution.

01

Clarity & foundations

Define the real problem, real customer and what you actually want from this company.

02

Business model & numbers

Unit economics, pricing and projections without Excel hell.

03

MVP & product thinking

Narrow your big dream into a testable first version you can launch.

04

Systems & operations

Simple systems for marketing, sales and delivery that don’t collapse at 20 users.

05

Pitch & storytelling

Frame your story for co-founders, early team or investors in a simple way.

06

Founder mindset

Work on doubt, fear and consistency—the things that decide whether you last.

Important: This is a program, not a tutorial library. Every module connects back to your own idea and weekly assignments.

03.

Design & build

You apply each module on your own idea, share work, get feedback and refine every week.

04.

Launch & support

You get ready for first users, early numbers and post-program support for course correction.

FAQ

Your questions about the program, answered simply.

Still unsure if it's for you?

Drop a short message on the contact page and we'll reply personally.

Who is this program for?+

For early or aspiring founders who have an idea (or multiple), want to build something meaningful, and are ready to commit time and effort over 10–12 weeks.

Do I need to be from a tech background?+

No. We’ve designed the program so both tech and non-tech founders can follow and execute. You just need to be willing to do the work.

Will you help me raise funding?+

We focus on helping you build something real, get first users and understand your numbers. That increases your odds of funding, but funding is not the primary promise.

What is the time commitment?+

Expect 1–2 live sessions per week plus 4–6 hours of work on your own idea, depending on your pace.

Stories

Real stories from founders like you.

Ankit, SaaS founder

Early-stage B2B

I was in research mode for 2 years. This program forced me to choose a direction, talk to users and actually ship.

Priya, Edtech builder

Non-tech founder

Biggest shift: clarity in numbers and model. I stopped chasing random ideas and focused on one clear outcome.

Rahul, Service to product

Agency owner

I knew how to sell services, not products. This helped me turn my service into a clear product and MVP.
